Changed your mind or need a different size?
For our standard designs, you can cancel without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Making an item after you order does not, by itself, make it personalised.

Please include your order number inside the parcel. Contact us if you need help with return instructions. Please do not send returns to our production partner. You do not need to wait for approval to tell us you are cancelling.
You may try items on as you would in a shop. Please return them with reasonable care. We may reduce a refund for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item. You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns; keep proof of posting.
Refunds
For a cancelled order, we refund the goods and the standard outward delivery charge, where applicable, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Any extra paid for express delivery is not refundable on a change-of-mind cancellation. Refunds go to the original payment method. For a different size, return your original item and place a new order.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us promptly with your order number and, if possible, clear photos. We will help arrange the appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy, including reasonable return costs where required. Do not post the item back until we have explained the next steps. A photo is helpful but does not replace or restrict your statutory rights.
Nothing in this policy limits your consumer rights. Our supplier’s business-to-business returns rules do not replace your rights as our customer.
