If you want to understand Christianity, start with the person at the centre of it. Jesus.

One of the simplest ways to meet him is through the Gospel of John — an account of Jesus' life, conversations, actions, death and resurrection.

Don't worry about understanding everything. Just read. Ask questions. Notice what Jesus says. Notice how he treats people. And decide for yourself what you think.
